All our classes are held from Monday to Saturday at our venue in the City Bowl District and in Muizenberg on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For directions please look at our Venues and Maps.
Classes are for all levels, with dedicated time slots for kids, beginners and advanced students. This allows our amazing Brazilian instructors to design classes that are adapted to age and physical condition. Hence each student will gradually acquire a strong and balanced basis to develop always more advanced Capoeira skills.

* Yoga class - Sat 11:00 - 12:30 pm: This class runs on demand, so please phone our Yoga teacher in advance to book a place: Simone 076-035-9691.
NOTES:
Beginner classes focus on the basics and special attention is given to beginner students. They allow to progressively build a strong physical conditionning as well as a solid basis for the more complex moves.
Advanced classes are often fast-paced sessions and focus on more technical and complex moves, which require practice and a good physical conditionning. These classes are not recommended to beginners.
